I want to help you live your best life. Whether you're living with back pain, sport injury, illness or disability, I will prioritise your specific goals and help you get there. I do this by using a brain-based approach to movement, in my Pilates studio or online.
In a typical session I'll be assessing your movement as it happens. By offering a change to a sensory system ( through the eyes, ears or skin/muscles) this creates a different movement pattern via the brain. From there we then challenge that further.
I give 100% to my clients, enabling them to take charge of their own body.
